History Meets Precision

Rising proudly at the intersection of Broadway and 73rd Street, The Ansonia is more than just a building—it’s a beacon of New York City’s rich architectural legacy. Constructed between 1899 and 1904, this grand Beaux-Arts structure was once the city’s most luxurious residential hotel and has since become a landmarked condominium building.

Right Path Windows & Doors, led by Paul Mulcahy, has restored historic wood windows across several Ansonia residences. As a preferred vendor, Paul’s work is trusted to meet the high expectations of this renowned property.

Why It Matters

Preserving the soul of The Ansonia isn’t just about saving wood and glass—it’s about protecting New York’s identity. These restorations are executed with museum-quality precision, ensuring every sash, pulley, and molding maintains the building’s integrity for generations to come.

Whether viewed from Broadway or admired from within, these restorations reflect what Right Path does best—historic craftsmanship, modern performance, and trusted leadership.
